A child’s first eye exam can be performed at 6 months of age. Our doctors will examine their eye muscle movement, eye health and determine if they need a prescription. Parents should always bring their children in for an eye exam prior to starting Kindergarten so that any issues with their vision can be addressed - this can prevent any vision related learning barriers.
